Hello, in many languages.

UX & service designer turning uncertainty into clarity.

Final-year Bachelor of Design (Interaction Design) at the University of Sydney. From qualitative research and co-design through to prototyping and usability evaluation, I design trustworthy experiences across physical and digital systems.

Featured Work

Echo Booth, matte black exterior with purple-lit interior

Echo

Interaction Design, Physical Prototyping, User Research

Young people in crisis at nightlife venues won’t approach staff. Echo gives them a private space to pause, reflect, and ask for help on their own terms. Final prototype tested to an SUS of 84.

Co-Designing Pin

Co-Design Facilitation, Participatory Research, Design Ethics

Students know campus support exists; they just don’t believe telling anyone will change anything. A pop-up campaign and two facilitated co-design workshops turned that distrust into Pin, a peer-led concept, then tested against the hardest question: who would this fail?

A legislation document with an arrow pointing to a question mark: strong biodiversity policy, uncertain ecological outcome

The Implementation Gap

Systems Mapping, Policy Research, Concept Design

NSW has strong biodiversity policy and worsening biodiversity outcomes. The Biodiversity Accountability Loop rebuilds the missing feedback: a framework that keeps checking whether an offset’s promised ecological gain ever actually arrives.

Olympic Eats

Interaction Design, Usability Testing, Systems Thinking

The 2024 Paris Olympics met its sustainability targets but left athletes underfed and frustrated. An ordering system that keeps performance nutrition the default and makes the sustainable option the easy one. Tested with athletes to an SUS of 81.

Parent Circle

Product Design, User Research, Information Architecture

New parents are isolated and overwhelmed, with guidance scattered across health portals, forums, and Facebook groups. Parent Circle brings local peer circles, verified childcare reviews, and a safer marketplace into one place.

About

Outside of design, I’m someone who’s happiest near the water, planning my next trip, getting through a good book, or sharing a bottle of wine with friends. The same taste runs through my work: I like experiences that are paced with care and worth lingering over, whether that’s a dinner, a trip, or an interface.

  • Thematic Analysis
  • Data Analysis & Synthesis
  • Ethnography & Discourse

  • HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Blender & Fusion
  • Miro
